The Colonnade Club offers a variety of meeting and reception spaces that can accommodate both large and small groups. Individual Club members and academic departments may reserve these spaces for themselves, as well as for their guests. NEW! Departmental members receive 10% off guest room reservations Sunday – Thursday and 10% off day time events Monday – Thursday. Each space is furnished with historically accurate furniture to enhance the experience of members, guests, and associates who entertain or conduct business within Pavilion VII.
To reserve meeting or reception space in the Colonnade Club (Pavilion VII on the Lawn), please contact the Club office at 434.243.7353. Regular reservations are accepted six months in advance. Room capacities and the current rates are as follows:

Catering in Pavilion VII
Catering is required for all events held in Pavilion VII; hosts may not provide their own refreshments. All catering arrangements must be made directly through the approved caterer of your choice.
